We offer three types of practice pads. All three are available with soft brown gum rubber and finished in a slick cherry veneer, or with a black hard rubber and finished in silver mist lacquer.

We will soon have other types of pads on offer in the near future so please check back for details.

We also offer a custom option on our pads, you can have your pad finished to match your kit or any finish you wish. Please email us for prices and lead times on our custom pads.

KD TUNING LOCKS All KD drums now feature our new tuning lock device. The KD tuning lock is a plastic threaded washer with a built in grip for your fingers that simply tightens down onto the lug. This minimises the common problem of tension rods detuning on tube lugs and other solid lugs when you do not have a floating insert. The tuning lock has one side flat and the bottom side with a slight chamfer allowing these to be universal and can be used on any make of drum. Because the tuning lock is made from plastic, this will not damage or thread the tension rods if you accidently forget to slacken them off before detuning or tightening the drums head. The tuning lock also stops the tension rods from falling out of your hoop. Resulting in you never losing a tension rod at gigs again.

KD BASS DRUM HOOP SAVERS KD Hoop Savers are designed to help the pedal get a good grip while, saving the hoop from damage. The Hoop Saver can be placed on one side or both sides of hoop for extra grip and protection. They have a self sticky side back which is easy to peal and fit to your existing hoop. The pack contains three so there’s enough in one pack for double players with a spare or a couple of spares for single pedal players. We use these on all our bass drums as standard.

KD CYMBAL SPIKES KD Cymbal Spikes. Change the look of your kit with our new cymbal spikes. Made from a tough gloss black plastic and is designed to fit most major brands of stands. The thread diameter is 8mm.

KD Lug Lube KD Lug Lube. New for 2010. Just one drop in each lug of our lug lube will make tuning your drums much easier and help maintain their performance. Our lug lube can also be used on all moving parts such as Hi hat stands and bass pedals etc. This product should at all times be kept out of reach from children. Each bottle contains 10ml of lube.

KD Clock KD Clocks. These are new for 2010. These are 14” in diameter but other sizes can be made to order. Finishes may be different from photo as they are made from real wood veneers.
